AKB48とは
AKB48（エーケービー フォーティエイト）は、秋元康の完全プロデュースにより2005年に誕生した日本の女性アイドルグループである。秋葉原に専用劇場であるAKB48劇場を持ち、ここでほぼ毎日公演を行っている。グループ名の由来は、office48の社長の芝幸太郎（芝＝48）とホームグラウンドである秋葉原（あきはばら）の略称「秋葉（あきば）」(AKiBa)から[1]。愛称は主に「AKB」があるが、「アキバ48」という表現もある。
